In January 1975, 17-year-old Vera Brandes sets out to organize a concert for jazz pianist Keith Jarrett at the Cologne Opera House. Despite numerous obstacles – an unsuitable piano, Jarrett’s health issues, and logistical problems – the concert takes place and becomes one of the most legendary events in jazz history. “Köln 75” tells the inspiring story of a young woman whose determination and passion changed the course of music history.

Ido Fluk

An Israeli-American director and screenwriter, Ido Fluk graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts in New York. His debut film “The Ticket” (2016) premiered at Tribeca. “Never Too Late” (2019) won the Regard d’or at the Fribourg International Film Festival. He has also worked on the HBO series “Empty Mansions.”
