This is a story about the ordinary villager Bay Kutsan, whose life changes when he starts caring for a chick that literally fell from the sky. The story unfolds under the watchful eyes of neighbors Mrs. Tikva and Mr. Kratun, bringing meaning to their lives as well. Bay Kutsan must teach the chick to fly — and he succeeds. In the end, with the arrival of autumn, the man flies away together with the bird.

Andrey Tsvetkov
Born in 1954 in Sofia, Andrey Tsvetkov has been working in the animation genre since 1978 as a production designer and animator. He has created more than 20 films and several commercials. He debuted as a director in 2003 with “The Little One” and won the Union of Bulgarian Filmmakers’ award for directing an animated film (2003–2005).
